Paul Brasch is the General Manager for Mantra Ettalong Beach and Area Manager for Stella Hospitality Group - NSW North.  He has worked in the Hospitality Industry over the past 16 years, commencing as a Sheraton trainee. Paul has opened seven hotels of varying sizes including the new Mantra Kooindah Waters on the Central Coast.   

Paul is involved in the daily operational and marketing challenges of Mantra Ettalong Beach, a  236 room property which was rebranded last year to Mantra. Apart from his involvement in local business organisations, Paul takes a keen interest in the changing trends of the travelling public both domestically and internationally.       

Paul will be taking part in the Business Insights panel presentation hosted by Central Coast Tourism.
